High protein, high fibre patties in 5 minutes flat! Just add water and create delicious burgers, patties or balls.
One packet makes 1kg of mixture, enough for 6 full serves. Follow the instructions on the pack to make 2 serves at a time, then store the rest of the mix in an airtight container.
Make a batch of plant-based Protein Patties.
You'll get 3 batches from one pack.
- Place 1 cup Protein Patty mix and 1.5 cups water into a bowl and stir to combine
- Allow mixture to sit for 10 minutes then shape into patties or balls
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and cook patties over moderate heat for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for until patties are firm to touch.
- Cooking time will vary dependant on the thickness of the patties.
