What’s Needed: ½ Cup Epsom Salts, 2 Tbsp Bentonite Clay, 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Hot Water, Essential Oils (optional), a Bucket or Bathtub

Instructions: Fill bathtub or bucket with hot water and combine ingredients together. Test the water temperature before submerging your feet and then soak for 20-30 minutes.

BENTONITE CLAY ECZEMA & RASH CREAM

What’s Needed: 1/4 Cup Shea Butter, 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil, 2-3 Tbsp Bentonite Clay, 2 Drops Lavender Essential Oil (Substitute Tea Tree if yeast or bacteria is suspected), 2 Drops Chamomile Essential Oil (optional)

Instructions: Blend all ingredients together with a hand mixer. Pour out mixture into small, portable containers to always have on hand.

CALCIUM BENTONITE SUNBURN CREAM

What’s Needed: ½ Cup Bentonite Clay, ½ Cup Distilled Water, 2 Tbsp Aloe Vera Gel, Wax Paper (optional), Non-Metallic Bowl

Instructions: Mix all ingredients in a small bowl throughly. Put a thick coat over the affected area. Wrap in wax paper to maintain moisture. For best results, leave cream on overnight.
