5 x bars of Loving Earth Turkishly Delightful chocolate
Pinch of Salt
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
1/3 cup of coarsely chopped raw almonds
1/4 cup of coarsely chopped pistachios
1/3 cup of dried cherries, cranberries or goji berries
A scatter of Coconut Chips (optional)

1. Grease a shallow slice pan with extra coconut oil, line base and sides with baking paper.

2. Place the coconut oil and 4 bars of the Turkishly Delightful chocolate into a medium mixing bowl. Place the bowl over a saucepan with water; gently heating until the chocolate and coconut oil has completely melted. Ensure that the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water in the saucepan.

3. Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared tin and scatter with the raw nuts, dried fruit and coconut chips.

4. Refrigerate until set (approximately 1 hour) and break into desired-size pieces. Pop them into a container and place them back in the freezer for another 10 minutes for them to firm up, especially if you are living in a warm climate! Any leftovers (I know, good joke right?!) can be stored in the fridge or freezer.

Loving Earth Easter Chocolate Bark Recipe

What is the best part of it all? That you can chop and change this recipe as much as you like to include any of your favourite nuts and dried fruits! We love hazelnuts for their sweet, buttery flavour or melting some extra white chocolate to drizzle on top of the base but before adding the toppings; get creative and we hope you all have a wonderful Easter!
